Quality Rating 2: Compliance
Inspection Reports (within the past 12 months)
All programs participating in Maryland EXCELS at Quality Rating 2 or higher must be in Substantial Compliance with Maryland’s Child Care Regulations. Compliance is based on inspection reports conducted within the past 12 months.
If your program meets the Child Care Regulations for Substantial Compliance, it also meets the requirements for Licensing and Compliance: Compliance: LIC 2.2.
