Program Improvement Plan (PIP) & Statement
Quality programs are dedicated to continuous improvement. They focus efforts on building positive relationships and creating learning environments that engage children in purposeful activities. A Program Improvement Plan is part of the continuous improvement process in which programs assess their strengths and opportunities for growth, set achievable goals, and develop realistic plans for improvement.
