Program Improvement Plan (PIP)
Quality programs are committed to continuous improvement. They build strong relationships and create learning spaces where children engage in meaningful activities. A Program Improvement Plan is one part of this process. It helps programs look at what they do well, find areas they can improve, set clear and reachable goals, and make a plan for improvement.
