Receipt of Policies
Keeping careful records and maintaining an organized system for those records are important practices of any business. Written receipts serve as documentation that staff members have received copies of your program’s handbook. If questions arise about your policies and procedures, it is helpful to have a record of the written information your staff received. When new staff members are hired, give them a copy of your program’s handbook and ask them to sign a receipt as part of your hiring process.
To meet the requirements for Administrative Policies and Practices: Staff Receipt of Handbook: ADM 11.4, you will upload a signed receipt from a staff member showing that they received a copy of your program’s staff handbook when hired.
