Signed Receipt of Information and Policies for Families
Keeping careful records and maintaining an organized system for those records are important practices of any business. Written receipts serve as documentation that families have received copies of your written policies. If questions arise about your policies, it is helpful to have a record of information that was shared with a family.
To meet the requirements for Administrative Policies and Practices: Receipt of Policies: ADM 2.5, you will upload a signed receipt from a family showing that they received a copy of your program’s written information. Your written policies may be in the form of a family handbook, written agreement, or contract.
