Check your document one more time as you prepare to upload it to the Maryland EXCELS System.

Step 1: Check your document

Your document should include:

  • one signed written receipt from a staff member

Step 2: Save your document

Scan or take a picture of a signed receipt. Save the image and use a file name that is easy to remember and locate (example: staff-receipt.pdf; staff-receipt.jpg).

Use any one of these formats:

  • Scanned version of a signed receipt (examples: PDF, PNG, JPG)
  • Digital image of a signed receipt (examples: JPG, PNG, PDF)

Step 3: Upload a Signed Receipt from a Staff Member (ADM 11.5)

Log into the Maryland EXCELS System to upload the signed receipt.

Select Add new file, Select file and save.
